Timothy J. Nusser is a Florida Attorney who has been practicing law since 1987. He attended the University of Toledo as an undergraduate. After establishing and selling a successful business in Columbus, Ohio, he returned to the University of Toledo School of Law. Upon graduation, he became licensed as an attorney in Ohio and Michigan. Mr. Nusser served for five years as Domestic Relations Court Magistrate in Lucas County, Ohio where he presided over over thousands of hearings affecting the lives of husbands, wives, fathers, mothers and their children. At the same time, he was a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Ohio Military Reserve. Later, he became an Ohio Assistant Attorney General. In 1995, he and his family moved to Pensacola, Florida where he re-committed himself to the practice of family law and has represented people in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties.
Timothy J. Nusser, P.A. has actively engaged in assisting people with their family law problems in the Florida panhandle for more than two decades using his long experience as a Magistrate and Attorney. Tim is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell as a result of ratings given by his peers – other attorneys and Judges. Only 5% of attorneys in the United States earn the “AV” rating. In 2015, Tim expanded the range of services he offers by becoming a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.
